Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are only available for products that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied. Customers must notify us within 7 days of receiving their order to qualify.

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following products cannot be refunded:

• Custom-printed or branded items
• Clearance and promotional items
• Products not returned in original packaging

3. Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-14 business days to your original payment method.

4. Exchanges
